Edge – 4 Hours Music, Champagne Brunch Buffet at Pan Pacific Singapore

The new Sunday Champagne Brunch at Pan Pacific Singapore got me excited. Like really excited because there’s 16 stations and 3 cocktail bars. 16 stations within 4 hours? That’s like 15 minutes per station! Not enough time… not enough tummy space too.
The Caviar Bar caught our attention with its colourful – Red, Orange, Yellow, Green Black colours! So chio so pretty, think Avruga Caviar and Keta Caviar.
Pretty please? Will I grow prettier (I mean more handsome) eating these caviars?
There’s a huge spread of Asian cuisines there such as Indian food with Crab Biryani and Maharaja full Lamb Chop. Exotic and interesting food selection apart from the usual curry and spices.
Indian food can be interesting as well!
Spot the chefs in action as they do some serious weight lifting with the Jumbo Burger (no wonder they are all so fit). Stacking the heavy-looking-patty on the huge-ass buns (not the ones you are thinking) and cutting them into small slices.
These slices were actually not as small as we thought and one portion could easily make up for a meal. Share them with your friends so that you can indulge in other 15 food stations (Yes, must think of ways to try from bits from every station)
My favourite for ANY buffet is definitely the Seafood and Sashimi counter. Because my friends once said that seafood are the most expensive and worth it in a buffet and I kinda agree!
Imagine (no need to imagine because it’s right before our eyes) a stack of Seasonal Fresh Oysters taller than me (because I’m short) calling out to me to eat them.
I won’t hesitate at all because it’s almost impossible (and no point) to resist.
Try spotting the 3 HUGE bowls of Chirashi don there too, which can be easily found because they are really big, at least bigger than my face? Ok, bigger than my tummy (I think).
Beautifully plated with so much sashimi chunks and caviar toppings on it, this was another highlight of my meal there.
All meals ended off with a sweet treat, or maybe treatsssss. Because we all have a separate stomach (or stomachs) for desserts.
Think Kahlua Tiramisu, Durian Pengat, Yuzu Meringe Tartlets, Mini Caneleand Macarons. So many choices, and I had a sweet dream after that (literally).
