Singapore Coffee Festival is brewing now in Singapore F1 Pit 10 – 12 June 2016
Coffee lovers will rejoice at the idea of having unlimited coffee in one setting! From 10 Jun – 12 Jun 2016 (11am – 9pm) for the public at F1 Pit Stop, more than 100 exhibitors from the coffee and café industry will be there with barista challenge showcases and talk sessions (reminded me of my lectures in the uni, except perhaps more interesting).
Not just a cup of coffee, there will be local cafe owners and wholesale retailers there to spread the love of coffee. We got high on coffee (not drugs) because it’s cups and cups of coffee sampling at the various booths!
Kopi O, Kopi C, Kopi Siu Dai is part of Singapore’s coffee history, and since then, much had changed with artisan coffee introduced. So will it be a trend where the younger generation rather work as a barista in a café then a kopi boy in a coffeeshop? I think so.
Split into 2 levels, the 2nd levels focus primarily on the coffee, beans and machines. Coffee Fest tokens (those casino/ slot machines type) are required for purchase at Level 3 with mainly food and desserts.
Change the amount you need, because any remaining amount will only be refunded for 80%.
Not to be missed is the event exclusive Pork Chop Bun ($9) for Antoinette. And the good thing is that the Instagram-worthy simplified Fluffy Cloud Matcha Latte will be sold at $9 instead of $22!
Something not to be missed are the SALTED EGG Choux puffs from Pulse Patisserie! Now I don’t have to through the troublesome security guard house because it’s located within The Interlace (a condominium).
Admission tickets are available on SISTC or on site.
