A Poke Theory – Healthy Poke Bowls in CBD!

Poke your own Pokebowl at A Poke Theory – Hawaiian concept of raw fish salad! You gotta eat ‘em all (as much as you want, albeit with increasing prices) in your pokeball (bowl), to your liking.

POKE BOWLS
Interior here is minimal and simple and sits around 40.

MENU
Step 1: start with base: Signature Sushi Rice / Quinoa or Salad (for the health conscious)
Step 2: Choose between fresh chunks of either TUNA or SALMON.
Step 3: Add on toppings to complete your bowl

AVOCADO MISO SALMON
My Bowl (large size): Signature Sushi rice + miso avocado salmon (tossed beneath the bed of colourful toppings) Firm fresh cubes of salmon were doused in miso avocado, pretty dope and I only wished for more of the miso avocado sauce!

Burst of flavor in each mouth
This looked like a luxurious bowl of japanese chirashi don mixed with the fruits (avocado, mango, pomegranate, pineapple) for an Hawaiian hurray!

ROASTED CASHEWS
I personally love the spicy roasted nuts among the premium toppings for its added crunch, so good I think I am going to purchase bulks of it to snack on. There are crisp green kale chips and salmon skin available for add-on as well.

SHOYU Tuna
Superfood Smoothie Bowls going at only $6, we thought that this was a steal as it suffices as a meal itself that keep you going all day. The smoothie contains a healthy amount of fibre and carbs (banana) with natural sweetnesss.

CACAOHOLIC

MACA Nutter

Raspberry Tropic
My favourite was the raspberry one – the combination of sweet (from the bananas) and sour (pretty sour in fact) that evolves into a tangy fruit flavour that helps in cleansing the palate.
Having tried Aloha Poke earlier last month, my preference lies slightly with A Poke Theory for its in-house premium toppings and the availability of smoothie bowls for sweet tooth. *The spicy salmon from Aloha Poke is way spicier than the one at A Poke Theory!
A Poke Theory opens till 6pm on weekdays and 4pm on Saturdays for now so do make your plans ahead for some healthy and fresh Hawaiian fish salad bowl in the CBD!
